Directions
You can get to the seminar very well by public transport.
- Trams 12 and 19 and station "Ruseløkka" which is 500 m on foot.
- Bus sevices 32, 33, 54, 81, 150, and 160 and station "Vika Atrium".
- From Oslo airport and station "Oslo lufthavn stasjon" you can go to station "Nationaltheatret stasjon" by direct train services L12, R11, R10, R11x, F2, and F1x. This train station is around 850 m from our training location.
Hotels
You will find various hotels between castle (Det Kongelige Slott) and harbour or in the city center of Oslo. From there train station if you are not
from Amsterdam but are traveling to the seminar. From there you can
easily take walk to our training location or to the old town.

In the vicinity there are various restaurants and canteens of large companies that we visit during lunch.
Whether hearty local dishes, Italian pizza and pasta, American burgers, Indian vegetarian cuisine or fiery Mexican dishes ... our neighborhood guarantees variety.
